I came in with tingling in upper right arm. I was afraid I would need neck surgery as what happened with left arm/neck. Tom was so great. He started me out on a few simple movements and the tingling and pain would stop. I was determined that it was coming from poor posture when sitting. He worked on a few trigger points and the tingling and pain quit. We increased exercises and different kinds of stretching. Now my tingling and pain are gone. If it does tingle, I know just what to do to make it stop.
I used to be stiff and sore upon waking up in the morning. My low back and neck were always tight and hurt. I was not able to lift my children without pain radiating in my back. I would never lie down on the floor to play with my children because my low back/hip would lock up and prevent me from being able to sit up. Now, I wake up without any pain in my neck, low back, or hips. I can pick up my children, play with them, and get down on their level without any problems.
