Compensation: $31.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and qualifications.

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or eligibility for licensure in the State of North Dakota.
- Strong understanding of counseling theories, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families to assist with emotional, behavioral, relational, and life-transition challenges.
- Help clients develop insight into themselves, their relationships, and their personal goals.
- Guide clients in developing effective coping skills, strategies, and solutions to address concerns and improve well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment, professional judgment, and client goals.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and treatment planning.
- Evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health status and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
- Advocate for clients and assist with accessing community resources and support services when needed.
- Refer clients and family members to specialists or additional resources as appropriate.
- Monitor client progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions.
- Discharge clients when clinically appropriate and assist with transition planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Protect client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.
- Remain current on emerging research, best practices, and developments within the mental health profession.
- Offer faith-based counseling services when requested and maintain faithfulness to Catholic and Christian teachings regarding morals and the human person.
