Doug Jilek
(Systems Manager)
Doug graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Dickinson State University. After graduating, he spent over 25 years in the manufacturing industry, starting in factory manufacturing support, then working his way up to Vice President where his responsibilities included human resource, safety, health/wellness, and training. He is a past president of the Southwest Area Human Resource Association (SAHRA) and the Southwest Area Safety Association (SASA). In May of 2021, Doug joined the Therapy Solutions team as an Occupational Health Manager.
In April of 2023, Doug became the Systems Manager for Therapy Solutions.
