Think you might benefit from K-laser therapy? Schedule an appointment today to learn more about this cutting-edge technique.

Exploring K-Laser Therapy In Depth
K-laser therapy involves using low-level laser light to penetrate deep into your body’s tissues. This enhances energy production within cells, improving their ability to repair damage and function effectively.
Sessions are typically painless and take only a few minutes, depending on the treatment area. Most patients describe the sensation as a mild warmth.
How Does K-Laser Therapy Facilitate Healing?
Improves Circulation
- The laser light improves circulation in the treated area. This enhanced blood flow delivers essential nutrients and oxygen to the injured tissues, helping to reduce inflammation and boost your body’s natural recovery process.
Promotes Tissue Repair
- Stimulates collagen production, a protein vital for tissue repair and strength.
Enhances Pain Relief
- Triggers the release of endorphins, natural chemicals in the body that help alleviate pain
- Increases cellular energy.
- K-Laser therapy optimizes cellular repair and recovery.
Improves Range of Motion
- For those with stiffness or reduced mobility, the therapy helps loosen tight tissues and improves your range of motion, making it easier to perform prescribed exercises.
Noninvasive
- K-laser therapy does not involve needles, incisions, or medication, minimizing the risk of unwanted side effects.
What Conditions Benefit from K-Laser Therapy?
Sports Injuries
- Reduces inflammation and promotes quicker recovery in sports or activity-related injuries, such as muscle strains or ligament sprains.
Arthritis
- Can help manage pain and inflammation caused by arthritis.
Overuse Injuries
- Supports managing joint or muscle pain brought on by tendonitis or other overuse injuries.
Neuropathy
- Helps manage nerve pain caused by diabetes or other conditions.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Enhances the healing of surgical wounds and reduces scar tissue, which can cause long-term complications.

Valentine’s Day: A Time of Joy for Couples or a Time of Sadness
The month of February highlights the beautiful holiday of Valentine’s Day. This month can be a time of joy for couples, but for others, it can be a time of sadness. Valentine’s Day can sometimes bring with it conflicting notions of love. The cultural narratives seem to imply and tell us that love is mostly about feeling good. It asks, “How can my partner fulfill me?” But true love is deeper than that. True love is sacrificial and willing the good of the other. When one has a disordered idea of what love is, Valentine’s Day can cause anger and sadness instead of a renewed sense of love for your partner. What is love to you? Ask yourself:
- Is love only how someone makes you feel?
- Does love mean ‘to will the good’ of the other?
- Is love sacrificial?
Relationships are hard; you take two different people with their own experiences, beliefs, dreams, and expectations and put them together through life’s ups and downs. Of course, there is conflict. Of course, there are times you don’t “feel” the feeling of love. However, you can intentionally choose to love your spouse every day. You can choose to put work into your marriage by learning ways to get along better.
Start with this one technique to help you manage conflict better and get out of your old patterns of criticism and defensiveness. The Gottman Method Couples Therapy has done research that identifies that certain ways of communicating in relationships lead to negative outcomes. They have identified them as criticism, contempt, defensiveness, and stonewalling. The good news is that Gottman also identified the antidotes to the negative methods for communicating your needs and wants in the relationship. The antidotes are expressing yourself using a gentle startup, building a culture of appreciation, taking responsibility for your part, and learning to take a break when emotionally flooded to self-soothe.
Remember, the richness of your relationship is directly proportionate to the sacrifices you are willing to make. If you would like to explore how your view of love affects your relationship or learn more about Gottman Method Couples Therapy, contact Therapy Solutions to make an appointment with one of our mental health therapists.

Ergonomics Stretch:
Quad
• Use a sturdy object for balance.
• Stand on left leg.
• Grasp your right leg and bend knee, as shown.
• Gently pull up toward buttocks. • Hold for at least 10 seconds.
• Repeat for other side.
“Consider completing this stretch in conjunction with “hamstring” stretch. It’s a great idea to stretch muscles on either side of movement patterns of a body part. Looking for a deeper stretch, try pulling your leg further back toward your buttocks.”
